How to prepare for SBI CLERK 2018 Exam having sectional time limit?
State bank of
India has just released 8301 SBI CLERK 2018 Exam with a surprise change in it.
This is a sectional time limit, which has made the exam more competitive and
difficult for those who are doing last minute preparation. SBI has released the
most awaited posts for those candidates who prefer banking sector as their
career option.
Exam Pattern of SBI CLERK
2018 Preliminary Examination:
There
is a dire need to formulate a strategy for time management. Besides acquiring the
knowledge students generally takes up lot of speed tests after you have
completed your syllabus. Now one has to boost the speed along with the
preparation. Some important tips to enhance speed to solve the questions within
the time limit are:
1. Daily take one test for the topic
you have learned with a time limit set either on computer or manual.
2. Try to solve 35 questions in 20
minutes and maintain this ratio for all the subjects.
3. For Quantitative section, you
should take specially designed complex calculation questions to boost speed. For
example, take 20 mcqs on simplification or division or multiplication every day
and try to solve them in 5 to 10 minutes with accuracy.
4. For English language section it is
generally seen that Reading Comprehension section is lengthy and takes more
time than other sections. To enhance speed to solve RC, develop the habit of reading
newspaper and articles with an aptitude to understand them immediately after
one read or while reading. Therefore, it is better to read newspaper for
current affairs which will helpful for your mains exam General/Financial
Awareness section.
5. For Reasoning section practice as
much quizzes as you can on almost all the topics of the syllabus given in SBI
CLERK 2018 Exam notification.
